Tânia Guerreiro

Has a degree in Scenography from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, having finished her course at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona (1996-1998). Took the Intermedia course at Massana School in Barcelona and the Management/Production course at Forum Dança in 1999.Worked in various areas of performance production, cinema, visual arts and festivals, such as the Atlantic Festival, Temps d’Images, Alkantara, Casa d’Os Dias da Água, O Som e A Fúria, ZDB, Jangada de Pedra, where she performed functions of production, management, fundraising, development of European projects and communication.
Between 2009 and 2010, she performed executive coordination functions at REDE – Association of Structures for Contemporary Dance and between 2016 and 2017 she was president of REDE.
In 2009 created the Associação Produções Independentes (PI) where develope collaborations with several independent artists such as Rui Catalão, Jonas&Lander, among others. Currently PI collaborates with Rui Catalão, Carlota Lagido, Diana Niepce, Tiago Vieira and Bernardo Chatillon.
In 2017 created the association ORG.I.A – Organization, Research and Arts, where it gives support and consultancy to several emerging and experimental artists.
In the same year she won the Natércia Campos Award for Best Cultural Producer.
She collaborated in the programme of  Transforma and Fiar Festival and created the project Self-Mistake and the event Dance is My revolution.
