Eliseu Antunes Pereira Gomes da Silva is a concert violinist, conductor, pedagogue and PhD in Music. He’s been a juror member of numerous prestigious competitions. Eliseu is the conductor of the Oporto Youth Orchestra of Bonjóia from the Oporto City Council, resident conductor of Antonio Fragoso international orchestra and was the conductor and artistic coordinator of the Hong Kong International Music.
Prize winner of more than 20 national and international violin competitions.
Eliseu was invited by Professor Uwe Martin Heiberg to be a participant of his class at Hochscule Fur Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. All the cycles of studies were finished with the highest classification.
He developed a Doctoral Research in Musicology, Performance and Interpretation with one of the most advanced labs of Biomechanic in Europe, called LABIOMEP and with the faculty of Sport of Oporto, based on high violinistic performance.
