The National Culture Center (CNC), as the owner of the Bolsa das Artes project, is responsible for processing the data and determines the objectives and means of processing the personal data of the data subject and regulates the functions and responsibilities required of them in the compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
The CNC will keep the personal data of the holders only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected.
